Karl Moore is an Associate Professor at McGill University, Montreal, Canada. He holds a joint appointment in the Department of Strategy and Organization at the Desautels Faculty of Management and the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery at McGill's Faculty of Medicine, however, he is not a medical professional nor does he possess specialized medical training, he does leadership teaching and coaching, hence his appointment in medicine.〔(McGill Department of Neurology )〕 He is also the Co-Director of the Advanced Leadership Program, a program he runs jointly with renowned management guru Henry Mintzberg.
